Shipping & Handling Time
All orders are processed with 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered weekends or public holidays.
Please allow an additional delivery time of some working days for customized products.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once the order has been dispatched, notification will be sent by email.

Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
All orders are dispatched and cannot be collected or exchanged in any of our boutiques.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All the pieces of our collections are custom made for each order and are not refundable.
If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased from us, we’re here to help.
Our returns policy gives you 10 calendar days to return an item purchased online from the date you received it for a different item of equal or higher value.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product. Items purchased from our e-shop cannot be exchanged at our physical stores.
